As per the dreams of Mr. Giles and other "Euroskeptic" Britons, the exit-clause of the new (Lisbon) Treaty now gives them the ability and process to take the UK out of the EU, should that be the wish of the majority of the UK voters. But is it? Maybe it is high time this issue is settled. Very interesting analysis by Davor Jancic.
